Zac Efron takes a nice cold shower in some exclusive pictures from some cut scenes from the blockbuster hit “High School Musical 3: Senior Year.”Five sets of cut and behind-the-scenes pictures from the musical movie are being auctioned off. Each set consists of 500 photos and there are no duplicates. Each shot is a one-shot pic taken from over 80,000 photos.There are various angles, bloopers, behind-the-scenes, promotional shots.In addition to Zac, those pictures also feature his other "HSM" co-stars, including his on-and-off screen girlgriend Vanessa Hudgens, Corbin Bleu, and Ashley Tisdale. A peek of the five sets of cut and behind-the-scenes pictures from "HSM 3" that also feature Zac’s showering shots can be seen on auction site eBay.“High School Musical 3: Senior Year’”itself has experienced a box office success, debuting at No. 1 at the movie chart on the last weekend of October. Its whole cast, meanwhile, have been kept busy with a number of promotional appearances.Update: E-Bay has pulled the photo sets off their site, but we have the shower photos. Check them out!!

Britney Spears may be making a career comeback, but the court thinks she can still use some guidance on that road to redemption.The conservatorship arrangement with her father, Jamie Spears was made permanent, with no objection coming from her.If the terms of the deal remain the same, her dad will continue to oversee her estate, finances, legal affairs and medical care along with attorney Andrew Wallet."The court finds the proposed permanent conservatorship is necessary and appropriate," said Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz, who has been presiding over the Spears troubles for the past year.Her attorney informed the court  that his client had requested he not argue with Goetz’s ruling, despite the fact that it’s very unlikely Spears will be able to regain custody of her two sons while her dad is in charge."It certainly makes it more difficult to gain custody of the children because if one court found that she is not capable of taking care of herself and affairs than how is the other court going to find her able to take care of the affairs of two babies," claimed a source.The conservatorship seems to have been made permanent because "the condition that apparently caused temporary conservatorship did not change," she said."The burden now shifts to Britney Spears or her conservator  to prove that she is perfectly capable, rather than the conservator having to prove that she is not capable," "If the court makes it a permanent order, she would have to come into court and show that she no longer needs it. Not that permanent means forever.""The permanent conservatorship doesn’t have a set date to expire," court public information spokeswoman Vania Stuelp said."In order to make it go away, someone has to petition the court. It was supposed to expire on Dec. 31. It’s not anymore."In the meantime, an evaluation detailing Spears’ psychological fortitude has been completed and will remain sealed, Goetz said. Another status hearing has been set for Dec. 22. 

Guy Ritchie is planning a tell-all movie about his relationship with Madonna.He has reportedly panicked Madonna, who was left devastated by a recent book by her brother Christopher Ciccone, with the idea, but he is determined to show his side of their rocky marriage.A source revealed: "Guy has said that most people wouldn’t believe what went on in their marriage and it would make the most incredible dark, twisted sort of movie.""His idea would be to give it a film noir treatment. It would be fascinating."However, friends believe Madonna will use her own career to hit back in the war of words which has erupted since their split was announced earlier this month.The source added: "All of her songwriting material is incredibly personal. Given how open she is, Madonna is bound to talk about him in interviews too.""I think Guy just doesn‘t want to lie down and hold his hands up to being the bad guy."Another friend said: "Madonna is very hurt with everything that has happened and her way of dealing with the pain is by lashing out.""She is very upset that the marriage is over - and so is Guy."Meanwhile, it has been claimed Guy has turned down a $32 million divorce settlement as he is unwilling to bend to Madonna’s demands that the three children they raise together be schooled in New York.Madonna is said to be desperate for her children to live with her, but Guy is adamant the children should be educated in England.Madonna’s biographer J. Randy Taraborrelli said: "There was a great deal of haggling about this matter last week, with Madonna upping the amount of Guy’s settlement to more than $32 million in hopes that he would acquiesce."He also claimed the pair are now "not even speaking to each other. They communicate only through lawyers."

Just like in "The Matrix," jurors in a civil trial featuring Keanu Reeves may have to wade through several versions of reality.A jury was selected to hear the case, which stems from a March 2007 incident in which a paparazzo claims he was seriously injured while shooting photos of Reeves behind the wheel of his Porsche.A lawyer for Alison Silva contends Reeves struck the photographer with his car, causing him to fall to the ground. But Reeves’ attorney, Alfred Gerisch, said that the photographer repeatedly changed his story depending on whether he was talking to paramedics, a deputy or doctors. "Mr. Silva, during the course of that night, has told at least five different versions of what happened," Gerisch said during opening statements.Reeves is expected to testify about his recollection of the incident. In opening statements, Gerisch said Reeves saw Silva trip over his own feet, and that he stopped to help him after the fall.Reeves had gone to visit a family member in March 2007, Gerisch said. Silva had followed Reeves after spotting him driving his car on Sunset Boulevard and waited until he was leaving, Gerisch said.Silva shot several photographs of Reeves walking down the street and continued to shoot while he was behind the wheel of his car and trying to pull out of a parking space.Silva’s lawyer, Joseph Farzam, told jurors that Reeves struck the photographer’s knee with his car and continued rolling until he fell to the ground. The tumble seriously injured Silva’s wrist and required surgery that left him with reduced strength and flexibility, Farzam said. He said evidence will show that Reeves had his head down when the accident occurred.The trial will likely feature testimony from several doctors describing the damage to Silva’s wrist. Both sides acknowledge the paparazzo injured his wrist years earlier, but Farzam contended the injury was made significantly worse by the fall

In fact, I enjoy it."Olga previously revealed she refused to have a body double for her sex scenes in 2007 crime thriller "Hitman."She explained: "When you’re on the beach you’re almost naked anyway. Lindsay Lohan has had her stint on hit TV show ‘Ugly Betty cut from six episodes to four - amid rumors of tensions onset. Lohan has been accused of disrupting filming with her diva antics and of feuding with her co-star America Ferrera. A source claims, "It was a mess. Lindsay would show up every day with an entourage of people. She smoked 24/7, and after she left, they had to repaint her dressing room it was such a mess. "And she refused to go on the set until America was there, it was a power play." Lohan’s representative has confirmed her’ run on the show has been shortened - but insists the decision was an amicable one.The spokesperson says,"Lindsay was scheduled for six episodes and is appearing in four but had a lovely time." Ferrera’s representative has also played down reports of ill feeling between the pair: "America is grateful to have had her on the show and thinks everyone should tune in to see how great the episodes are."

Britney Spears was too "fragile" to appear in front of jurors deciding her fate in her recent driving license trial, according to her defense lawyer, Michael Flanagan.  She was charged with failure to produce a valid California license following a car crash in the state last year, but the case was declared a mistrial on Tuesday after a jury failed to reach a unanimous decision.The judge was forced to dismiss any criminal charges against the singer as jurors deadlocked - with two members voting guilty, and 10 not guilty.But despite the relative victory, Spears’ lawyer has revealed how the star pleaded with him to excuse her from making a court appearance - and insists she wasn’t "strong" enough to cope with the pressure.Flanagan recalls how Spears told him: "I can’t face all those people. I don’t want to deal with all the people."He adds, "She is not very strong. She is still very fragile. I had to explain things to her."The comments come as the star embarks on a campaign to revive her career and put her January public meltdown behind her.Spears’ new album, ‘Circus,’ is due for release in December amid rumors of a possible world tour.

David Duchovny and wife Tea Leoni recently confirmed they are splitting, following his completion of rehab for sex addiction. But now, Duchovny’s tennis coach is alluding to a possible affair with him.“We have a very, very close friendship,” Edit Pakay told Britain’s Daily Mail. “He is in great shape. He is a wonderful man. He’s very intelligent, very kind and good man.”When asked if she had a romantic relationship with Duchovny, Pakay reportedly said, “I don’t want to say anything that might hurt David. I am not going to deny it. I don’t know what our relationship means to him… If you want to write that we had an affair then fine. I will not argue against it.”However, Duchovny is denying having an affair with Pakay.“The stories about an alleged affair between David Duchovny and his tennis instructor, Edit Pakay, are completely false,” Duchovny’s lawyer, Larry Stein, told Access Hollywood. “Ms. Pakay denied the rumors to me in person , saying they are just friends, and in addition, said in writing that such stories are ‘lies and deceit.’”The tennis instructor said her relationship with Duchovny is not something she wants others to joke about.“People joke about having affairs with their tennis coach and I’m the tennis coach,” Pakay said. “But, I don’t want to become the butt of jokes. A mistrial was declared in Britney Spears’ driving-without-a-license case  sparing her a criminal record.The jury’s deadlock could not be broken, even after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James Steele permitted prosecution and defense attorneys to make additional closing arguments.Spears came close to bucking the matter altogether: The jury’s final vote was 10-2 in favor of acquittal. A city prosecutor did not immediately indicate whether a retrial would be sought, but a hearing was scheduled to determine whether the case would be pursued further.The jury struggled with the case since resuming deliberations Monday, telling a judge they couldn’t reach an unanimous decision after five votes going back to Friday. Steele thanked jurors for their time and dismissed them.Deliberations lasted longer than the case, which featured only three witnesses and roughly a day’s worth of testimony and arguments.Jurors posed a pair of questions  before declaring themselves deadlocked. One sought to clarify the charges against Spears, and whether she should be considered guilty if she possessed a valid Louisiana license, as her attorney has said she did.The other: “Why was she stopped in the first place?” In fact, there was no traffic stop that precipitated the case; she was cited for hit-and-run and driving without a valid California license later, after video of the accident surfaced.The defense argued that Spears didn’t meet the state’s residency requirements, and that her Louisiana license was all she needed to drive legally.Defense and prosecution attorneys agreed that Spears was behind the wheel in California in August 2007. That kept jurors from hearing any mention of the hit-and-run — or any narrative elements to explain why she faced a criminal charge.Los Angeles Deputy City Attorney Michael Amerian initially put up only one witness and entered one piece of evidence during the trial, showing that Spears did not have a valid California license more than a week after the accident.In all, only three witnesses testified during the case. After Flanagan called Spears’ father to the stand, Amerian introduced signed papers from the singer’s divorce that indicated she had been a California resident since at least 2006.The final witness was a paparazzo who, along with other photographers, tails Spears constantly and said she spends about 80 percent of her time in Los Angeles. Flanagan countered, however, that none of those things required Spears to get a California license.Spears never appeared during the trial. She is in the midst of a comeback, recently earning three MTV Video Music Awards. As her trial started last week, Billboard announced that her new single, “Womanizer,” was No. 1 on its charts.Flanagan repeatedly said Spears had been targeted because of her celebrity status and said she should have been permitted to resolve the case by paying a small fine.After the trial’s conclusion Friday, Amerian said it was Spears who was to blame for the case getting this far. He said his office had offered the singer two deals, one that included probation and another that would require her to pay a $1,000 fine. Both were rejected, he said.He deflected criticism from Flanagan that the case was politically motivated. Amerian plans to run for City Attorney next year, but said Spears was being treated the same as any other driver.He conceded that it is “extremely rare” for a misdemeanor driving without-a-valid-license case to go to trial, and neither he nor Flanagan could cite and example of when it had happened in Los Angeles.

While a sex tape with Playboy bunny Nicole Narain may have bolstered Colin Farrell’s bad boy image when it leaked in 2005, the Irish actor told the BBC’s Jonathan Ross he learned his lesson after bringing the case to court.“At the end of the deposition … the man in charge said, ‘I hope you’ve learned your lesson, Mr. Farrell,’ and I said, ‘Absolutely, next time I’ll take the tape with me,’” he told Ross.“It seemed like a good idea at the time,” he added.Farrell, who also spoke out in the interview about his years of drug and alcohol abuse, says he may have been under the influence when he filmed what he called “an expensive 14 minutes.”“I think I was high,” he said, worrying what would’ve happened if his mother had stumbled upon it. “God forbid, she’d tell me something like, ‘Oh you remind me of your father at certain angles.’”But making the tape wasn’t all bad for Farrell.“I might’ve got some of my better reviews,” he laughed.
